Most RTO’s after getting suspension or cancellation, knock the door of AAT. To my opinion, a highly micro level analysis should be made before approaching AAT.
The above attached extract of cases clearly shows that a series of serious breach of standards which has created an imaginable problems for the owners of RTO business.
RTO should seriously place a high risk management to meet compliance. The Human Resource placed to manage compliance should be experienced, qualified and competent.
