For CRICOS Registration, RTO must be offering vocational and training courses and seeking to offer English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS) courses except where the ELICOS course is delivered by RTO as a capacity of School or as a capacity as a higher education provider or having a “entry arrangement”.

Demonstrate Financial Viability

ESOS Framework

For CRICOS Registration, information about student must be entered in registered which are maintained on location basis. All student information must also available on PRISMS.The RTO must maintained the visa status of each enrolled student. RTO records should show all penalties and infringement notices issued to student as well. Planning approval from local council is required to approve building for relevant training purposes.

Delivering ELICOS

For CRICOS registration, the RTO must provide the details of qualification, experience, certifications, articulations of trainer along with the detail of syllabus including the outcome that is expected to be achieved from ELICOS course.

Other Evidences

In order to complete application for CRICOS registration, evidence relating to five year employment history of owner, fit and proper person requirements, management of work based training courses, building approval, course delivery information to students, legal status and registration of business name must be provided.
